Pumpkin Spice Milkshake
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree not pie filling
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk or milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar optional
  • whipped cream for topping
  • crushed graham crackers for garnish
  • caramel sauce optional drizzle

Method
 

  1. Add pumpkin puree, ice cream, milk, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and sugar to a blender.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Rim glasses with caramel and graham crumbs.
  4. Pour milkshake into glasses.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crumbs.
  6. Serve immediately.
