Crepe Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
