Method
- Sauté butter, oil, onion, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in chicken and pasta.
- Add broth, milk, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
- Stir in peas and heat through.
- Serve warm with fresh parsley.
