- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and optional blue cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chips, or pita bread. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
