Ingredients
  

Chocolate Layer
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup puffed quinoa
Peanut Butter Filling
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
  2. Mix in puffed quinoa and form base layer.
  3. Mix peanut butter filling and add on top.
  4. Cover with remaining chocolate and chill until set.

Keep chilled for best texture. Customize with different nut butters.
