Ingredients
  

Brownies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan with parchment.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugars, then eggs and vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gently fold in raspberries and spread batter into pan.
  6. Bake until edges are set and center is slightly soft.

Notes

Cool completely before slicing for best texture.
