Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Ricotta Topping
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and place in a greased baking dish.
  2. Mix ricotta, parmesan, garlic, herbs, lemon, and olive oil.
  3. Spread ricotta mixture over chicken.
  4. Bake until chicken is cooked through and topping is lightly golden.

Notes

Use whole-milk ricotta for best results.
