Method
- Roast jalapeños at 425°F until blistered; steam, peel, and chop.
- Mix roasted jalapeños with cream cheese, cheddar, Jack, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and mayo.
- Butter or mayo the outside of bread slices.
- Spread jalapeño dip inside and top with extra cheese.
- Cook in skillet on medium-low until golden and melted.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use a cast-iron skillet and cook slowly.
