- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and slice sweet potatoes into even ½-inch rounds.
- Toss rounds with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
