Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes with green chiles, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups baking mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Mix sausage and cream cheese until combined.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake until cooked through and lightly golden.

Notes

Drain Rotel well to avoid excess moisture.
