- Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger to form marinade.
- Cube salmon and toss in marinade. Chill 10–15 minutes.
- Prepare vegetables and toppings.
- Add warm sushi rice to bowls and arrange toppings.
- Top with salmon and drizzle with extra marinade.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and lime wedges.
Notes
Always use sushi-grade salmon. Add spicy mayo for a creamy twist.
