  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain grease.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Layer bread in baking dish, then sausage and cheese.
  5. Pour egg mixture over layers.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until set.
