  • 30 oz frozen hashbrowns thawed
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened and cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 cup onion diced

Method
