Method
- Combine olive oil, sazon seasoning, garlic, lime juice, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs thoroughly with the marinade.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken skin-side down for 6–7 minutes.
- Flip chicken and grill another 10–12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
For extra smoky flavor, grill over charcoal instead of gas.
