Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs bone-in skin-on
  • 2 tbsp sazon seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Combine olive oil, sazon seasoning, garlic, lime juice, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken thighs thoroughly with the marinade.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill chicken skin-side down for 6–7 minutes.
  6. Flip chicken and grill another 10–12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

For extra smoky flavor, grill over charcoal instead of gas.
