  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and chopped
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 0.5 cup onion, diced
Creamy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups broth
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
Assembly
  • 8 medium flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Method
