Ingredients
  

Rice & Seafood
  • 4 cups cooked rice chilled
  • 8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 6 oz crab meat lump or imitation
Vegetables & Seasoning
  • 0.5 cup carrots diced
  • 0.5 cup peas
  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Cook shrimp in oil until just done and set aside.
  2. Scramble eggs, then sauté garlic and vegetables.
  3. Add rice and stir-fry until heated and lightly toasted.
  4. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Fold in shrimp, crab, and green onions, then serve.

Notes

Day-old rice produces the best fried rice texture.
