Ingredients
  

  • 1.75 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup coconut sugar
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 0.75 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix melted butter, coconut sugar, and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Add egg, vanilla, and yogurt and mix until creamy.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Spread dough into pie dish and bake 25–30 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Bake slightly under for a gooier center.
