  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lime juiced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine chicken, peppers, and onion in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and seasoning, toss well.
  4. Spread on sheet pan evenly.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over top before serving.
