  • 2-3 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 12 oz green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line or grease sheet pan.
  2. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning; roast 12–15 minutes.
  3. Season chicken with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and lemon.
  4. Add chicken and seasoned green beans to sheet pan.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.

Notes

Broil the final 1–2 minutes for extra crispness.
