  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season and roast potatoes until partially tender.
