  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 red onion, sliced optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare sheet pan.
  2. Toss sweet potatoes and onions with oil and spices.
  3. Roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Add sausage to pan.
  5. Whisk honey garlic sauce and drizzle over ingredients.
  6. Roast 15–20 minutes until caramelized.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Double the honey garlic sauce for extra drizzle.
