Ingredients
  

Baked Potatoes
  • 4 large russet potatoes
Filling
  • 1 pound ground lamb or beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup peas frozen
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes prepared

Method
 

  1. Bake potatoes at 400°F (200°C) until fork-tender.
  2. Brown ground meat and cook with vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Slice baked potatoes and scoop out centers.
  4. Fill potatoes with meat mixture and top with mashed potatoes.
  5. Bake again until tops are lightly golden.
