- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or grill to medium-high. Tear 4 sheets of foil.
- Whisk melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and seasoning.
- Divide shrimp and broccoli between foil sheets and drizzle with garlic butter.
- Fold and seal each foil pack tightly, leaving space for steam.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or grill for 10–12 minutes until shrimp are cooked.
- Open carefully, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
