Ingredients
  

Shrimp and Broccoli Foil Packs
  • 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Equipment

  • Aluminum foil
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon.
  2. Place broccoli on foil; drizzle with some butter mixture.
  3. Top with shrimp and lemon slices; drizzle remaining butter.
  4. Seal foil tightly and bake at 425°F for 15–18 minutes.
  5. Open carefully and serve warm.
