Ingredients
  

Seafood Mixture
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup green onions sliced
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese
Melts
  • 4 slices bread thick and hearty
  • 1 cup shredded cheese for topping

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Broiler
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Mix shrimp, crab, mayo, lemon, Worcestershire, Dijon, garlic, green onions, and cheese.
  2. Toast bread slices lightly.
  3. Top with seafood mixture and shredded cheese.
  4. Broil 3–5 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Old Bay seasoning is an excellent optional addition.
