Cranberry Bread Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries chopped
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
