Ingredients
  

Fries
  • 1 lb frozen French fries or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing for drizzling
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread fries in a single layer and bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over baked fries, then return to oven 3–5 minutes to melt.
  5. Top with bacon and green onions, drizzle with ranch, and serve immediately.

Notes

Add jalapeños, tomatoes, or BBQ sauce for variety. Serve fresh for best texture.
