Method
- Season turkey breast with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker over onions and garlic.
- Whisk together maple syrup, butter, mustard, vinegar, herbs, paprika, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour glaze over turkey and add broth around the sides.
- Cook on LOW for 5–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Rest turkey before slicing and reduce cooking liquid for glaze if desired.
Notes
For crispy skin, broil turkey after slow cooking.
