Ingredients
  

Turkey Breast
  • 3 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Maple Glaze
  • 0.5 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • salt pinch

Method
 

  1. Season turkey breast with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker over onions and garlic.
  2. Whisk together maple syrup, butter, mustard, vinegar, herbs, paprika, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Pour glaze over turkey and add broth around the sides.
  4. Cook on LOW for 5–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Rest turkey before slicing and reduce cooking liquid for glaze if desired.

Notes

For crispy skin, broil turkey after slow cooking.
