Method
- Lightly grease the slow cooker insert with butter or spray.
- Add corn, cream cheese, cheddar, milk, butter, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, stirring once halfway through.
- Stir in most of the bacon 20 minutes before serving and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm topped with remaining bacon and chopped chives.
