Ingredients
  

Casserole
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp paprika (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add whole kernel corn and creamed corn to the slow cooker.
  2. Top with cream cheese cubes and butter slices.
  3. Pour in milk and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1.5–2 hours.
  5. Stir halfway through cooking, then add cheddar near the end.
  6. Serve warm directly from the slow cooker.

Notes

If casserole becomes too thick, stir in extra milk before serving.
