Method
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, ketchup, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over chicken, coating evenly.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Optional: Thicken sauce by mixing 1 tsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and stir into sauce. Cook an additional 5–10 minutes on high.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice or noodles.
Notes
Great for meal prep. Store in fridge up to 3 days and reheat gently.
