- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Whisk butter, broth, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and oregano.
- Place chicken in slow cooker and pour mixture over.
- Cook on LOW 5-6 hours or HIGH 2.5-3 hours.
- Spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

Add cornstarch slurry to thicken if desired.
