  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons capers drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill for garnish

Method
 

  1. Toast baguette slices brushed with olive oil until golden.
