Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over crust. Let soften, then spread evenly.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake again for 10 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and golden.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top, cool completely, then cut into squares.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle with melted chocolate or add peanut butter cups before baking.
