Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup crushed graham crackers for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press mixture into prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over crust. Let soften, then spread evenly.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows.
  6. Bake again for 10 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and golden.
  7. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top, cool completely, then cut into squares.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with melted chocolate or add peanut butter cups before baking.
