S’mores Cinnamon Rolls

Soft, buttery cinnamon rolls swirled with graham crackers and chocolate, topped with toasted marshmallows and a drizzle of melted chocolate.

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • tsp active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
Filling
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted chocolate for drizzling
Frosting
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm milk and sugar until foamy.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to form dough; knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled, 1–1½ hours.
  4. Mix filling ingredients and spread over rolled dough; add graham crumbs and chocolate chips.
  5. Roll, slice into 12 pieces, arrange in greased dish, and rise 30–45 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22–25 minutes.
  7. Top with marshmallows and bake 2–3 more minutes until toasted; drizzle with chocolate and graham crumbs.
  8. Frost if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Toasting the marshmallows adds authentic campfire flavor.
