- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form dough.
- Roll dough balls, press crosshatch pattern, and bake 8–10 minutes.
Notes
Remove cookies while centers still look soft for the perfect chewy texture.
