Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sweetener and mix until light.
- Beat in egg and vanilla until fully combined.
- Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix just until combined.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and gently flatten.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use powdered sweetener for best texture. Do not overbake.
