Cracker Dough
  • 1 cup sourdough discard unfed
  • 0.75-1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried herbs oregano, rosemary, or thyme

Method
 

  1. Mix sourdough discard, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and herbs.
  2. Add flour gradually and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Roll dough thin and cut into cracker shapes.
  4. Brush with oil, add toppings, and bake until crisp.
