- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken skin-side down until golden.
- Remove chicken and sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, and broth.
- Return chicken to pan and simmer covered.
- Uncover and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
Spoon extra sauce over rice or vegetables before serving.
