- Cook spaghetti until al dente, reserving pasta water.
- Cook bacon until crispy and sauté garlic briefly.
- Whisk eggs, yolk, Parmesan, and pepper.
- Combine hot pasta with bacon, remove from heat.
- Add egg mixture and toss with pasta water until creamy.
Notes
Remove pan from heat before adding egg mixture to prevent scrambling.
