Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  2. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil.
  3. Add cream and parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  4. Wilt spinach, then toss pasta with sauce.

Notes

Add pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
