Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place bottom half in the dish.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over rolls.
- Top with shredded cheese and optional blue cheese.
- Place roll tops back on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Brush over tops.
- Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 minutes more.
- Remove, garnish with parsley, and cut into sliders.
