Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Zesty shredded chicken mixed with buffalo sauce, layered in Hawaiian rolls with melted cheese, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce use your favorite brand
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls slider size
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or provolone/cheddar blend
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place bottom half in the dish.
  4. Spread chicken mixture evenly over rolls.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and optional blue cheese.
  6. Place roll tops back on.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Brush over tops.
  8. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 minutes more.
  9. Remove, garnish with parsley, and cut into sliders.
