- Heat oil in skillet; cook chicken with seasonings until browned and cooked through.
- Warm rice, black beans, and corn; season lightly with salt.
- Lay tortillas flat; add rice, chicken, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
- Fold in sides and roll burritos tightly.
- Toast burritos in a hot skillet until golden. Serve warm with extra salsa and lime.
