Method
- Mix beef with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat, lightly oil surface.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side. Add cheese, cover, and melt for 1–2 minutes.
- Toast brioche buns until golden.
- Spread chipotle mayo on buns. Layer patty, jalapeños, tomato, onion, and arugula. Top with bun.
- Serve hot with fries or salad.
Notes
For a milder burger, remove jalapeño seeds before slicing.
