Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles discard seasoning
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 green onion sliced for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar. Add beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill beef in a hot pan with vegetable oil until browned and slightly charred.
  3. Cook ramen noodles until tender, drain, and reserve ½ cup of water.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter, stir in cream, gochujang, and soy sauce. Add a splash of ramen water to adjust consistency.
  5. Toss noodles in the sauce and add grilled beef. Mix well.
  6. Serve hot with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add cheese or a touch of cream cheese. Adjust spice level by reducing or increasing gochujang.
