Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 20 pieces jumbo pasta shells
Filling
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded divided
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Sauce
  • 3 cups marinara sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook jumbo shells until al dente and set aside.
  2. Cook garlic and spinach until moisture evaporates.
  3. Mix ricotta, cheeses, egg, seasoning, and spinach.
  4. Fill shells and arrange over marinara sauce.
  5. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake covered, then uncovered until bubbly and golden.
