Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Assembly
  • 14 tubes cannelloni
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, then brown ground beef with seasoning.
  2. Stir in spinach until wilted and mix with ricotta cheese.
  3. Fill cannelloni tubes with beef mixture.
  4. Layer sauce, cannelloni, and cheese in a baking dish.
  5. Bake covered, then uncover and bake until golden and bubbly.

Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving for best texture.
