Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until dough forms.
- Roll tablespoon-sized dough balls and coat in powdered sugar.
- Place on baking sheet, press indent, fill with jam.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until set but soft.
- Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie while warm.
- Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
For best results, press the chocolate kiss into the cookie immediately after baking so it sets as the cookie cools.
