Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows 1 bag
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 10-12 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed reserve some for topping
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips melted, optional
  • pinch of salt

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Mixing spoon
  • 9×13-inch pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Add Rice Krispies, crushed Oreos, and half the strawberries. Mix well.
  5. Press mixture into pan evenly.
  6. Top with remaining strawberries and Oreos, drizzle white chocolate.
  7. Let set 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

For an extra strawberry kick, add strawberry extract to the marshmallow mixture.
