Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake crust 12-15 minutes.
- Cool crust completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and spread over crust.
- Heat cream and whisk in cocoa and sweetener.
- Stir in melted sugar-free chocolate.
- Spread chocolate layer and chill 1-2 hours.
- Whip topping and spread over chocolate layer.
- Chill at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
For clean slices, refrigerate thoroughly and use a warm knife.
