Ingredients
  

Almond Flour Crust
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup powdered erythritol
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup powdered erythritol
  • 4 oz sugar-free dark chocolate melted
Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking dish
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake crust 12-15 minutes.
  2. Cool crust completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and spread over crust.
  5. Heat cream and whisk in cocoa and sweetener.
  6. Stir in melted sugar-free chocolate.
  7. Spread chocolate layer and chill 1-2 hours.
  8. Whip topping and spread over chocolate layer.
  9. Chill at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

For clean slices, refrigerate thoroughly and use a warm knife.
